Subject:   ENGLISH LANGUAGE

A brief outline of the syllabus:

Only students who have not yet gained a Grade 6 or above in English Language O level do this subject. Those coming to the College with a Grade 7 in English O level may re-take the O level in their Lower Sixth year but most will take it in June of their U6th Year.  Those coming in with Grade 8 or 9 will start the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) English as a Second Language course, to be examined at the end of the Upper Sixth.

English ‘O’ Level and I.G.C.S.E , English as a Second Language.
